Marketing Manager Job Purpose:

Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the School’s Marketing strategy, that drives both growth in student numbers and retention of existing student base. Uses market research and competitor analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Report’s marketing and sales results to the Executive Head of Schools and Managing Director.

Marketing Manager Job Description:

  • Leads in the development of the School’s Marketing Strategy, towards increased enrolments and retention, through research and analysis of market trends, demographics, and competition.
  • Establishes clear, cost effective marketing plans based on past performance and market forecasts. • Enhances Brand affinity through stakeholder relationships with Parents, Staff and Suppliers using effective communication strategies.
  • Directly manage the School’s Marketing Agency. Approves and oversees the execution of the School’s Digital marketing strategy, creative development of promotional materials, website content, social media marketing, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to the Senior leadership team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Marketing qualification like CIM is added advantage though not an essential requirement.
  • A minimum of three years of related work experience in any sales-driven or competitive marketing environment.
